K1 HOLDING acted not only as the project developer but also as the marketing body for the property’s rental space. KARREE MANNHEIM combines modern architecture with spacious floor plans to create inspiring workspaces in a prime location. The location not only offers excellent office space, but also a wide range of leisure facilities and an attractive retail offering – ideal for companies and their employees looking for a productive environment combined with a high standard of living.

Project developer

With this project, K1 Holding pursued the goal of creating an attractive “retail, commercial & office complex”. The remodelling of the former Mömax building was intended to create added value for investors and users alike.
