Project Description

Built in 1971 in the style of an urban villa, Villa Bassermann originally served as a multi-generational home. Before the restoration, the building had become somewhat outdated, both architecturally and technically. The aim of the renovation was to utilise the existing building structures and bring the villa up to the standard of a modern building. The following work is being carried out to ensure luxurious living and comfort: Addition of spacious balconies / floor plan adjustments / installation of floor-to-ceiling windows for more natural light / conversion of the attic / façade insulation / installation of underfloor heating. The villa was converted into three separate residential units, which are accessed via two staircases. High-quality materials in the interior fittings ensure an atmosphere of exclusive living. Once the work has been completed, Villa Bassermann will be comparable to a contemporary building in terms of function and appearance.
